START-STORY presents “Hoccer” and “Sockey”

The pre launch puzzle of START-STORY presents “Hoccer” and “Sockey” the patent pending inventions of hybrid games combining two major sports as Hockey and Soccer. The principles of these innovations are simple. “Hoccer” is playing soccer according to the hockey format and rules. “Sockey” is playing hockey according to the soccer format and rules. More specifically “Hoccer” is played in typical hockey arenas covered with removable pre-fabricated panels of synthetic grass forming, temporally during the match, a full hockey type mini-soccer terrain. Therefore the soccer goalkeepers are placed in the position of the hockey goalkeepers. There are no corners, neither touches, so “hoccer” players play soccer within the whole arena as hockey players do. The number of the “hoccer” players is the same as in the hockey teams. The “hoccer” teams can change the players continuously as the hockey teams. There are power plays according to the principles of hockey, etc. In brief “Hoccer” is realy a mini-soccer adapted to overall hockey format and rules. The equipments of players are in several versions. The two basic ones are either classic soccer equipment, either hockey type protection equipment including helmets (obviously no sticks, although we have such versions).
“Sockey” is the alter ego hybrid adaptation of soccer and hockey. In “sockey” hockey players play in soccer stadium size field covered with ice. The number of players and all rules correspond to soccer.
The above description is for the basic embodiments of the new hybrid games combining hockey and soccer. Our patent pending variations cover practically all possible combinations between the said two games. Moreover we have applied for patents for many more sport hybrids. Some of them are just for fun, other aspire for new professional leagues. The start is coming…
